Housing for people who have severe disabilities such as mental illness. The target population is those hardest to house because of big behaviors which are symptoms of mental illness and substance abuse. This project will start with 24 units of Permanent Supportive Housing with 24 hour support services.
The mission of our agency is to provide permanent supportive housing and supportive services to individuals and families with disabilities, especially mental illness.
