Land Acknowlegment
As the NM Alliance of Health Councils crafted its own land acknowledgment, we created a Guide to Developing an Actionable Land Acknowlegment to help us and others go beyond words to actions in honoring, respecting and working the indigenous peoples who have cared for this land for centuries.

The NM Aging & Long Term Services Department (ALTSD) provides accessible, integrated services to older adults, adults with disabilities and caregivers to assist them in maintaining their independence, dignity, autonomy, health, safety and economic well-being, thereby empowering them to live on their own terms in their own communities as productively as possible
